MISSION STATEMENT

Project Shabbat Birkat Hamazon B’Shira

The Dezimra Institute is attempting to inspire a worldwide initiative seeking to encourage, every Jew, every Shabbat, whether alone or surrounded by family, to elevate the spirituality of the Shabbat table by singing Birkat Hamazon B’Shira.

Additionally, Dezimra seeks to raise awareness that Birkat Hamazon is the only Bracha mandated by the Torah to be recited by every Jew.
